El Universal, 7/18/99: Ana Cristina le dice a Paula que es una santurrona. Emiliano le comenta a Rita que se irá a vivir a Acapulco porque le ofrecen un buen trabajo. Damián le asegura a Odette que a pesar de que se casará con Ana Cristina nunca la dejará, pues lo que hay entre ellos nadie puede destruirlo, además de que su matrimonio con Ana Cristina sólo es por conveniencia. Ana Cristina los sorprende y decide que no se casará con él.
Diario de Yucatan, 7/18/99: Ana Cristina, bella pero soberbia muchacha, es caprichosa y no se deja dominar. Marcelo, su padre, es un jugador empedernido perdió su fortuna en la ruleta. Clemencia, su madre, es enfermiza y débil.Paula, prima de Ana Cristina, vive con ellos desde que se quedó huérfana. Chayo es la nana de Ana Cristina y se ha hecho cargo de Clemencia.Damián, joven pretencioso y mujeriego, es prometido de Ana Cristina. Salva a Marcelo de la ruina económica, pero engaña a su novia con la hermosa Odette, hija del millonario Octavio
USA, 6/5/00. The first scene is a beach. A boy and girl, Paula, wathc a blond young woman, Ana Cristina, ride a horse. When Ana Cristina is thrown, she orders that the horse be punished. Chaya care's for Clemencia, the sick mother of Ana Cristina. Marcelo gambles again, gets credit from Esteban, and loses again. Emiliano is sent by Diego P? to Acapulco, to Marcelo's home to do some work. Rita is not happy; she is worried that Emiliano will meet a woman there and forget her. Marcelo's accountant? tells him that he has lost almost everything to Damian. Clara loves Emiliano in spite of the fact that he is the result of a rape when she was young. Ana Cristina gets a call from Damian saying that he is ill so she and Paula go to a club. There she sees Damian with Odeth and overhears him telling Odeth that he doesn't love Ana Cristina, that he is marrying her for business and social reasons, and nothing will change between them. Although Ana Cristina does not love Damian, she is offended and swears that rather then marry him she will marry the first fool she bumps into (who turns out to be Emiliano when he turns up at her home). Octavio, confined to a wheelchair in New York, thinks fondly of Clara and wonders where she and his son are.
6/6/00. Clara confesses to el padre her fear that Emiliano will one day meet his father. She again relives the scene in which her employer discovers that she is pregnant by her husband. The woman is sure it was Clara's fault. Clara refuses to accept help from Octavio; she is determined to raise the baby on her own. Marcelo begs Ana Cristina to reconsider her decision to break up with Damian. He lacks the courage to tell her, but their economic future depends on the marriage. Ana Cristina bumps into Emiliano, is very mean to him because it is obvious that he is poor and, as she tells him, she is rich and can do what she wants. Emiliano doesn't like her behavior but thinks she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen, which is what he tells Rita when he calls home. She almost has a fit. Don Artito obviously loves Clara but she thinks of him only as a friend.
6/7/00. Ana Cristina wants an apartment in Miami and insists that her father's accountant make the arrangements. Although both he and her father refuse, neither explains why. She confronts Odeth, telling her she gives Damian to her. Clemencia sees Graciela about to kiss Marcelo and faints. She is taken to a hospital.
6/8/00. Clemencia dies. Emiliano gives his support to Ana Cristina.
6/9/00. Clemencia is buried. Marcelo fires Graciela. Octavio tells his nurse that he is leaving everything to his son because his daughter has a large inheritance from her mother. Damian tells Odeth that he doesn't love her and will never marry her, but she is his lover. They make love in the swimming pool.

El Universal, 7/25/99: Ana Cristina se vengará de Damián al casarse con Emiliano. Rita amenaza a Angelita. Ana Cristina se presenta en el cuarto de Emiliano provocándolo y le ofrece su amor, con el fin de darle celos a Damián. Odette se entera de que tiene un medio hermano. Ana Cristina le pregunta a Damián si él y Odette son amantes. Rita llega a los pantanos para buscar el lugar donde asesinará a Angelita. Clara sufre una crisis de nervios.
Diario de Yucatan, 7/25/99: Ana Cristina va a casarse con Emiliano para vengarse de Damián. Odette y un amigo buscan la manera de arruinar la boda.Rita amenaza a Angelita: si la acusa de todo lo que le hace, la llevará a los pantanos. Octavio pide a Simona que le avise cuando llegue su hija Odette para informarle que tiene un medio hermano.Ana Cristina pregunta a Damián si él y Odette son amantes. El joven contesta que sólo es "un pasatiempo".Rita llega a los pantanos para preparar el asesinato de Angelita y se encuentra a Salomé, quien se ofrece a ayudarla en su plan. Ana Cristina dice a Paula que se casará con Emiliano para humillar a su padre y a Damián.-
USA 6/12-16: AC uses Emiliano to get back at Damian; she'll marry then divorce him. Octavio wishes he had known Clara before he married his, now dead, wife Raquela. Odeth visits Octavio and learns about Clara and Emiliano. She pretends to be sympathetic but is determined now to share her inheritance with a bastard. Octavio admits that he raped Clara but insists that he loved her. Damian says goodbye to Odeth. She decides to marry Marcelo and begins to pursue him. He is both shocked, because of her age, and intrigued. Rita somehow gets rid of Angelita. Isabel, prima of Damian, has always loved Marcelo and now hopes to win him. Odeth flirts with Saúl, almost runs over Emiliano in her car. Emiliano takes her home and meets Octavio but his last name is Hernandez not Martín so Octavio assumes his first name is just a coincidence. Angelita is somehow found and returned but is mute, can't tell what happened to her.

Damián regaña a Isabel porque no le informó que Ana Cristina y Emiliano estuvieron en su hotel. Emiliano acepta casarse con Ana Cristina. Ana Cristina feliz, porque ya comenzó su revancha contra Damián. Ana Cristina finge amor hacia Emiliano. Angelita recuerda cuando Rita la arrojó al pantano. Laiza telefonea a Ana Cristina, diciendo que es esposa de Damián.
Diario de Yucatan, 8/1/99:Marcelo sorprende a Emiliano besando a Ana Cristina y le dice que ha traicionado su confianza.Octavio recuerda cuando Clara tuvo a su hijo y luego desapareció.Soledad pide a Clara que la busque en su casa, porque quiere contarle lo que en realidad pasó en el pantano.Damián advierte a Marcelo que, si hubo algo entre Ana Cristina y Emiliano, no habrá boda y lo dejará en la ruina
USA 6/19-23/00. Odeth buys off the detective her father hired to find Emliano. Damian is half crazy wondering whether or not Emiliano and Ana Cristina made love when they were stranded on an island during a storm. Ana Cristina refuses to say yes or no. Emiliano swears off her then falls again when he helps her after she sprains her ankle. He asks her father for her hand. Marcelo is finally convinced that he shouldn't force Ana Cristina to marry a man she doesn't love and gives his permission. Emiliano doesn't know that Ana Cristina is still lying to him. Her cousin warns her that love can happen unexpectedly and she is flirting with fire.

Subject: RE: Today's episode Author: Jennifer (4.16.83.142) Date: 06-27-2000 23:41 Okay, this isn't a really good summary but here are the main things that happened: -Odette tried to seduce Don Marcelo again, but after kissing her, he took off. -Rita stormed around pouting & acting like a psycho. -Ana Cristina caught Chente with a picture of her. He grabbed her & tried to kiss her/etc. but she was rescued by her dad who threw him out of the house. Paula was hysterical cause she loves Chente. First P told AC that it was AC's fault for leading C on, but then AC & P made up. -Mario was wondering why R would want the little girl Angelita dead. -AC called E's house, R answered & hung up on her. AC decided to go to San Lazaro to visit E, but he surprised her by coming back to Acapulco first. -Damien sent his friend (the blond one) to Laiza's apartment to try to bribe her to stay out of D's life forever. But L is not going to take a payoff! -Dona Clara told E that his father was a millionaire from Acapulco & that E has a half-sister -Meanwhile, O got some info about E & his family from the private detective. Aw, I thought it was so sweet, and I liked AC's reaction, her hands were so pretty when he was putting the ring on her and then holding her hand, and she looked like she was gonna bawl! I just hope she doesn't turn around and laugh about it tomorrow, but I don't think so. Even if she doesn't realize it yet, she's fallen for him..... 6/29/00. Subject: brief summary of today's episode Author: vanessa isabel (152.163.197.64) Date: 06-29-2000 17:02 well today was really good. emiliano had gone to mexico city with rita to get an eye operation done to correct his vision so he wont have to wear those dorky glasses anymore ehehe. the results were excellent and he decided to go surprise ana cristina in acapulco. wen he arrived there he overheard ana cristina telling paola how shes using emiliano in her game of vengeance against damian and that after her wedding to emiliano she will give the "muerto de hambre: 2 milliones de pesos to divorce her. emiliano heard this and left broken hearted without confronting ac. he went back to san lazaro and was so depressed. in the mean while ac is wondering why emiliano hasnt called her. she is arranging a party the next night and wants emiliano to come since damian is also invited and in front of everyone she plans on kissing him etc. to make damian jealous. the next day, ac calls and dona clara, emilianos mom picks up and tells ac she wants to meet her to discuss emiliano and his happiness. clara meets ac and feels that this girl by her attitutude and way of talking that she might be up to no good. she said that she wants to be a friend, an ally, if she loves emiliano and makes him happy, but if she is just playing him and he is miserable when they marry...clara can be a worst enemy. blah blah stuff like that, and then clara goes home , oh yah ac had also invited emiliano to her party ofcourse but rita didnt tell emiliano so instead he was in his room all depressed. ac is at her party and damian hired sum fotografer to take a pic of them, damian plans on using this to show emiliano. liza, damians wife shows up outside to the party and damian puts her in his car b4 she could go inside and embaress him. he tries to rape her on the beach but she throws sand in his eye and runs away. back at home dona clara comes home and yells at rita for not telling emiliano he was invited to the party. she goes into emilianos room and emiliano tells her what he overheard ac say. dona clara says he must meet her and cancel the wedding. emiliano says hes not cancelling the wedding, that he has decided to play in ac's little game. oh yeah earlier ac had called b4 she talked to dona clara maybe it was the day b4 i cant remmeber, but she asks for emiliano, and rita told her she was a friend of dona clara and that emiliano had gone out with a nice sweet girl named rita that also lives in the house, hearing this ac hangs up the fone. if i forgot anything, u guys can fill in sum details. bye for now, tata

Laiza quiere denunciar a Damián (Ariel López Padilla) por la desaparición de su hija. Clara (Karla Alvarez) confiesa que Angelita (Andrea Lagunes) no es hija de Emiliano (Eduardo Verástegui). Odette se burla de Isabel. Ana Cristina está decidida a renunciar a la fortuna que le heredó su madre. Marcelo piensa suicidarse. Canal 2, 19:00 horas.

USA 7/10-14/00. Emiliano is very cold to Ana Cristina after their wedding. He doesn't believe she loves him because he overheard her talking to her friend about marrying him just to get back at Damian. On their wedding night, Emiliano rapes Ana Cristina. Afterwards he sheds a tear or too. She cries but the next morning worries about not knowing how to cook for him and that evening asks him to make love to her because she loves him. This was a disgusting scenario that provoked a lot of negative comments on telenovelas-internet. We're supposed to forgive Emiliano because he is a good person who was provoked by Ana Cristina.
El Universal, 8/22/99: Ana Cristina le pide a Emiliano que la trate con más cariño. Marcelo le dice a Chayo que Odette lo tiene en sus manos. Rita desea que Angelita no aparezca. Damián le dice a Isabel que se vengará de Marcelo, por haberla engañado con Odette. Clara le oculta a Emiliano que Angelita desapareció. Marcelo acepta que Odette se quede a vivir en su casa. Emiliano trata mal a Ana Cristina.

El Universal, 8/29/99:Octavio se entera de que Emiliano es su hijo. La policía detiene a Damián porque Laiza lo acusó de homicidio. Marcelo se entera que Chente abusó de Paula. Ana Cristina discute con Rita. Clara reclama a Rita su intromisión en el matrimonio de Ana Cristina y Emiliano. Odette le exige a Marcelo que apresure su boda.
Diario de Yucatan, 8/29/99:Damián se sorprende al ver llegar a Ana Cristina. Ella le pide que le diga dónde tiene a su padre. Angelita sólo escucha y tiene ganas de llorar. Mientras tanto, Emiliano está angustiado porque no sabe dónde están su esposa y su hija, sale a buscarlas por indicaciones de Clara. No las encuentra y cree que se ahogaron en los pantanos.Isabel trata de localizar a Marcelo para pedirle que la ayude, está muy enferma y necesita atención urgente.María Elena se sincera con Emiliano, le cuenta su vida de desgracia a lado de Aníbal, un hombre que, casualmente, se parece mucho a él en lo físico.Damián ofrece el rescate de Marcelo a cambio de que Ana Cristina se entregue a él. Ella se niega, entonces Damián la encierra junto con Angelita, por medio de engaños, y le advierte que la soltará al día siguiente, cuando Emiliano sepa que pasó la noche con él.Paula está alarmada, pide a Emiliano que la acompañe a buscar a Ana Cristina y Angelita. Diario de Yucatan, 9/4/99: Rita amenaza a Octavio con hacerle daño a Emiliano si no le ayuda a separar a éste de Ana Cristina. Laiza le platica a Emiliano que Damián abandonó a su hija a los dos años de edad en un parque de la ciudad de México y le pide que le ayude a buscarla. Emiliano le dará una sorpresa a Ana Cristina al irse a vivir a Acapulco. Octavio le exige a Ana Cristina que se divorcie de Emiliano pues se casó con él sólo por vengarse de Damián. Emiliano le cuenta a Ana Cristina el problema con Laiza y le comenta que teme que esa niña sea Angelita. Rita acusa a Ana Cristina de haber destruido los planos de Emiliano y le jura que Angelita también vio cuando los rompió. Esta sale de la casa y llega a una playa donde en encuentra a Mario, quien al verla tan desesperada le avisa a Emiliano cómo está su esposa. Emiliano y Clara la encuentran flotando en el mar y al ver que no reacciona la llevan a un hospital. El médico les dice que no reacciona porque sufre una grave depresión. Angelita intenta explicarle a Emiliano el porqué le tiró la taza de té encima a Rita. Mario le advierte a Emiliano que Rita es capaz de hacerle mal a Ana Cristina y Emiliano no le cree. Clara le pide a Octavio que la deje en paz. Laiza está desesperada por estar con su hija.

El Universal, 9/19/99:Ana Cristina se escapa de la casa con Angelita. Rita quiere que Damián se vaya a Acapulco para que Emiliano lo vea con Ana Cristina. Rita intenta tener relaciones con Emiliano. Rita le dice a Paula que su prima engaña a Emiliano con Damián. Clara se entera de que Damián no sólo era el ex novio de Ana Cristina, sino que también es el verdadero padre de Angelita. Ana Cristina hiere a Damián con unas tijeras.
Diario de Yucatan, 9/19/99:Salomé amenaza a Rita con contar todo lo que sabe de susfechorías. Rita no está dispuesta a ser delatada por la mujer, la busca en su cabaña y tienen una pelea. La choza seincendia y muere Salomé.Almudena dice a Ariel que le corresponderá para olvidar a Zeus. Emiliano tiene un ataque de celos, se siente en elinfierno al imaginar a Ana Cristina besando a Damián y burlándose de él. Luego reprocha a Paula que hayasolapado a Ana Cristina en sus mentiras. Por la noche, Emiliano piensa que a pesar de todo ama Ana Cristina contoda su alma.-
Notimex, 9/20-24/99:Ana Cristina se escapa de la casa con Angelita. Emiliano al percatarse de que Ana Cristina no está en la casa, decide ir a buscarla. Rita quiere que Damián se vaya a Acapulco para que Emiliano lo vea con Ana Cristina. Emiliano se entera dónde está Ana Cristina con Angelita y le da dos días para que regrese a la casa, ella le dice que no volvera y pondrá a Angelita en las manos de un especialista.Rita intenta tener relaciones con Emiliano y le pide que la deje demostrarle su amor, él la rechaza y le asegura que sólo la puede ver como una hermana. Rita le dice a Paula que su prima engaña a Emiliano con Damián. Odette llega a casa de Emiliano y le dice que Ana Cristina se fue a Acapulco para encontrarse con Damián. Clara se entera de que Damián no sólo era el exnovio de Ana Cristina, sino que también es el verdadero padre de Angelita.Damián encierra a Ana Cristina en la recamara y Angelita intenta abrir la puerta. Mario se encuentra a Rita cuando sale de los pantanos y ésta intenta distraerlo para que no se de cuenta de que asesinó a Salomé. El Universal, 9/26/99:Ana Cristina sin querer hiere a Damián con unas tijeras en el brazo. Angelita está muy delicada por su enfermedad. Marcelo implora a Emiliano que vaya con Ana Cristina. Damián rechaza la idea de ser padre y menos de donar su médula. Felicia está dispuesta a divertirse con Mauro en Acapulco. Ana Cristina propone a Damián divorciarse de Emiliano y casarse con él. Ana Cristina invita a Emiliano a dormir en los Arrecifes. Ana Cristina pide el divorcio a Emiliano.
Diario de Yucatan, 9/26/99: Ana Cristina pregunta a María Elena si ya se hizo amante de Emiliano. La profesora se da cuenta que Ana Cristina la odia.Angelita suplica a Emiliano que no deje ir a Ana Cristina. El no quiere reconocer que la ama y la niña se deshace en llanto.Rita se pone furiosa al ver que Emiliano y María Elena se besan. De coraje, declara que ella vio cuando la profesora disparó contra Mauro.Más tarde, Mauro se pelea con Emiliano y le dice que él es el padre del hijo de María Elena. Ana Cristina deja solos a Emiliano y María Elena, ya que no soporta verlos juntos.Clara dice a Emiliano que sólo será feliz con Ana Cristina. Le recomienda que la busque y le pida perdón. En ese momento aparece Damián, acompañado de sus abogados, para llevarse a Angelita.

María Elena visita a Berenice y siente un fuerte mareo. Rita y Mauro planean robar la casa donde entrará a trabajar ella. Ana Cristina le pide ayuda a su mamá para que entretenga a María Elena. María Elena dice a Berenice que presiente que Emiliano está con Ana Cristina y no está dispuesta a continuar con esa situación. Ana Cristina le regresa el vestido de novia a Damián y le dice que no va a casarse con él. María Elena aprovecha que Emiliano está trabajando para ir por sus cosas. Juanita llega a contarle a Ana Cristina que María Elena abandonó a su papá
Diario de Yucatan, 10/3/99: María Elena decide irse para siempre de San Lázaropara que Ana Cristina y Emiliano sean felices.Emiliano se disculpa con Mario, ya que nunca le hizo caso cuando él le contó que Rita era una malvada.Clara se siente mejor de salud, pide a Emiliano que no deje ir a Ana Cristina e impide que ella se case con Damián. AnaCristina no quiere que intervengan. Angelita le advierte que Damián nada más finge que ha cambiando, pero sigue siendomalo.Odette intenta arrojarle ácido en la cara a Ana Cristina. 10/18/99-10/22/99 (Semana 14) (3) Capitulos 131-140 Damián (Ariel López Padilla) disfruta al decirle a Emiliano (Eduardo Verástegui) que quedará inválido. Valentino está seguro de que Meche es Rita (Karla Alvarez). María Elena (Aracely Arámbula) recibe una carta de Mauro (Eduardo Verástegui). María Elena impide que Cristina vea a Emiliano. Almudena (Marieth Rodríguez) le confiesa a Odette (Arleth Terán) que está enamorada de Ariel (Paulo César). Laiza (Marisol Santacruz) decide terminar con Vladimir (Gabriel Soto). Ana Cristina espera un hijo de Emiliano. Damián planea internar a Ana Cristina en un manicomio. Ella le pide a Laiza que lleve a Angelita (Andrea Lagunes) con Emiliano. Ana Cristina quiere que Paula (Mayrín Villanueva) se quede en San Lázaro y haga su vida al lado de Mario (Andrés Gutiérrez). Chayo (Socorro Avelar) le dice a Ana Cristina que no la dejará sola.

Angelita suplica a Ana Cristina que se quede a vivir con ellos. Mario le dice a Emiliano que María Elena está embarazada. María Elena le confiesa a Emiliano que tuvo relaciones con Mauro.
Diario de Yucatan, 10/31/99: Ana Cristina lleva a Angelita con Emiliano, Clara y Laiza. El le pregunta si la niña estuvo todo el tiempo a su lado. La niña explica que Ana Cristina no tuvo que ver con su desaparición y que fue la nana Chayo quien la encontró y la llevó con Ana Cristina. Berenice dice a María Elena que prefiere verla muerta antes que con Mauro. Angelita suplica a Ana Cristina que se quede a vivir con ellos, pero ella se niega con el argumento de que ahora la esposa de Emiliano es María Elena. Mauro informa a María Elena que regresará a la cárcel, pues no quiere vivir huyendo de la justicia y se propone ver a su hijo cuando salga de la cárcel. Emiliano y Alessandro se encuentran en una cafetería y éste le dice que se ha enamorado de la que fue su modelo, sin decirle que se llama Ana Cristina. Paloma sugiere a Emiliano que se olvide de Ana Cristina, quien pronto se casará. Berenice pide a Clara que la ayude a separar a María Elena de Emiliano.

Rita jura que no descansará hasta matarla por haberle quitado el amor de Emiliano. Alessandro sospecha que Damián esconde a Ana Cristina, va a buscarla y la encuentra. Damián le dice que si lo denuncia a la policía matará a Ana Cristina. Rita asegura que nunca irá la cárcel. Odette viaja a México para tratar de impedir que Damián haga daño a Ana Cristina. Rita amenaza con matar a Damián, Ana Cristina y a Pamela, si no la dejan huir. Al entregarse a la policía Damián es herido y llevado a un hospital. Laiza promete a Clara que no dirá a Angelita que Damián murió. Rita advierte a Ana Cristina que la matará antes que la atrape la policía

Emiliano found out that ME told AC that she was pregnant. ME told Emiliano what she did with Mauro. Emiliano is going to Mexico to make up with AC. He meets Alejandro?(the painter) on the way. Which is supposebly an old friend of his. AC gets Natalia out of the nut house. And I believe it ended with the painter and his girlfriend saying that they were going to help each other. Cause she wanted Emiliano and him AC. Hope this helped.

The sculptor reveals the naked statue of Ana Cristina and she is mortified but doesn't let Emiliano know that she didn't pose for it. He, of course, is rabid and knocks it over, breaking it into several pieces. A.C. has decided that since he thinks she's a fallen woman she will be even more of an Alma rebelde than ever before. Rita and Damian decide to wrap things up by breaking into the house A.C. works at and killing her. They break in and tie A.C. and her employer up. There are several tense scenes where they seem about to blow her away but the police show up and Damian seemingly gives up outside only to take a hostage.Everyone is out there: Emiliano, Isabel and Junior, about 30 cops, reporters, etc. Rita remains inside with her victims and . . .
USA 10/6, 9/00. Subject: RE: What happened to Damian and Rita... Author: Ajay (209.240.220.175) Date: 10-10-2000 19:21 Well D&R continued to hold AC&P hostage, commiting the usual movie/TV bad guy blunder of not blowing away the hero immediately, they always wait, giving the hero time to get out of the jam. When Alejandro showed up, he called the police, who came with a small army and SWAT team and everything, and proceeded to mill around on the street. E shows up too. Discovering they are surrounded, Rudeness keeps her cool but Demon begins to wig out, and starts to talk about surrendering. R says she won't do that, that D's a coward. Anyhow, D leaves to surrender, and he walks to the street with his hands up, but at the very last second, he grabs a Televisa cop (Televisa cops are as dumb as Televisa doctors and Televisa criminals) and holds him hostage (he still has his gun), demanding a police car to escape in. They get him one, and as he releases the hostage to get in the car (of course 10 feet from the car, making himself a free target) a sniper in a tree pops him (although any of the zillion cops milling around could have easily shot him too). At the end of Friday's epi, it looks like he's dead, with blood dripping from his mouth. He went down pretty cool, you know how D has to do everything so dramatically. D's cousin was there, and so was Odette, and of course they were distressed to see him go down, particularly his cousin. On Monday, it turns out he's not quite dead yet, so they take him to the hospital. He's in the typical Televisa intensive care unit, which is located in an isolated part of the hospital, a twenty minute walk from the nearest nurses' station. It's a nice room, but it doesn't have a TV or kitchenette or anything. Anyhow, he's gloating how E will be a cripple for life and everything, and his cousin is there begging him to repent for what he's done. But D, looking at this point like Linda Blair in The Excorsist, goes to his doom unrepentant. He gets to bite another fake blood capsule and goes out dramatically with a gush. As the cardiac monitor flatlines and we hear the alarm sound effect, the camera foolishly gets a closeup of the cardiac monitor, and we clearly see the "Alarm Off" and "Leads Off" warnings flash, meaning in reality the heart monitor wasn't even hooked up to him, and it wouldn't have sounded the alarm. After his body has been removed, right after his cousin leaves the room, we hear D's eerie laugh, as if we're hearing it from another dimension. He's either in hell or they're setting us up for a sequel. Meanwhile, back at Pamela's place, Rita is still procrastinating with AC and P. She's determined not to be an idiot like D. BUT - AC, being the Sweet and True Noble Heroine, talks R into freeing P, saying it's she (AC) Rita wants vengeance against, not P. Rita frees her. Meanwhile AC has been working her pretty hands out of the knot she's been tied with, and as Rita was procrastinating with her back turned, telling her how she's going to kill AC right away for the zillionth time, AC slips free and pushes her, and The Big Fight ensues. They really go at each other, we finally see how FIERCE AC is. They smack each other, and throw everything at each other, and there are good sound effects and everything. Finally, Rita hurls AC onto the table and as AC is nearly pinned down, she reaches (dramatically in slo-mo) for a glass pitcher and smashes it over R's head, knocking her out. AC flees to the street, where the Televisa cops seem to be on their lunch break or something. As AC reaches the sidewalk, aw, the poor little thing has the vapors and faints. It's been a big day for her! When the police hear that AC has done their work for them, they rush in and surround Rita, who's just waking up from her little nap. They arrest her. The last we see of her she's in jail, vowing to the police captain that she will escape. If I left anything out, I'm sure someone else will help out and add to the summary:)

Tomorrow whe should find out what that was all about. The main action of today seemed to be Rita in jail along with Emiliano doing his therapy so that he can regain his ability to walk in time for the grand final. Also we saw the Gabriel, Roberto and Paulo from Kairo going on a grand tour of Miami,Puerto Rico and various other places as their characters Vladimir, Junior and Ariel. Also Almudena made some kind of announcement which I haven't been able to translate yet but I think I know what it is but hopefully someone else more fluent in Spanish can confirm what it was. Junior & Isabelle paid Chente $500,000 pesos to tell the whereabouts of Damian, and he did. On Monday's episode, they briefly showed Chente in new clothes going through an airport metal detector. When he got through, some guys grabbed him, said they were federal agents & that he was under arrest for being Damian's accomplice. So I assume he went to prison, even though that was the last they showed of him.

Emiliano calls Maria Emiliano, the divorce is final. She will wait for Mauro. ? announces to friends that she is pregnant. Ana Cristina is in Los Angeles. Rita has hanged herself in her cell. Emiliano tells his mother and they bury Rita (face not seen in this episode). Mauro reads about her death and is sorry she didn't repent. Ana Cristina gets a piece of paper with a heart on it from Emiliano. He uses part of his inheritance to open a new school. Kairo gives a performance. Don Artisto? Asks Clara to marry him and she accepts. Months pass. ? Goes into labor. Clara gives party for Angelita who wishes for Ana Cristina. Two years pass. Paula and mario are married. Ana Cristina decides to return and Paula tells Emiliano who wonders if she still loves him. Mauro, Emiliano's twin, gets out of jail and the family and friends (Clara, Maria Elena, their son) get together. Ana Cristina returns, tells ? That her father Don Marcelo now has a business and a home and no longer gambles. Natalia and ? Greet her. In Paris, Alessandro and his mother celebrate his successful exhibition and he wonders about Ana Cristina. Ana Cristina surprises Angelita. Berenice tells Mauro that he can marry her daughter maria Elena. Emiliano and Ana Cristina finally meet. Isabel agrees to marry Junior in front of two other couples (Laisa and ____, ____ and ____). Laisa learns that she is Damian's heir. Dias despues. Double wedding of Ana Cristina and Emiliano, Maria Emilia and Mauro. Emiliano takes Ana Critina in a helicopter to the top of the tallest building and gives her the city. FIN.
